Please read the following terms carefully — these outline how our monthly sponsorship and performance rewards work.

1. Program Overview

​

The HD Muscle Athlete Program is designed to reward active athletes who help grow our brand through authentic promotion and consistent sales.
Each athlete is assigned a unique coupon code, and their performance is tracked monthly based on total completed orders using that code.

2. Monthly Performance Period

​

• Each month runs from 5th to 5th (e.g., October 5th to November 5th).

• Orders placed using your athlete coupon code during this period count toward your monthly performance target.

​

3. Monthly Target

​

To qualify for full monthly sponsorship benefits, you must complete a minimum of 10 total orders per month, consisting of:

• 5 Small Orders – Pre-Workouts, Creatine, Multivitamins, Omega-3, etc.

• 4 Large Orders – Proteins, Gainers, or any single order valued at ₹2200 or more.

• (The 10th order can be of any type.)

All orders must be successfully placed and paid for using your athlete coupon code on our official website: www.hdmuscle.in

4. Monthly Reward – “Athlete Stack”

​

If your monthly target is achieved, you’ll receive a Product Stack worth ₹5000, which includes:

• Protein

• Creatine

• Pre-Workout

• Multivitamins

• Omega-3

​

You may choose products currently in stock up to ₹5000 value.
You can either:

​

• Collect the stack in person, or

• Request shipping to your registered address.

​

Collection/Shipping Window:
📦 5th – 9th of every month.

​

If you miss this window, your stack will roll over to the next month’s window (5th–9th).

​

5. If Target Is Not Achieved

​

• If you don’t meet your 10-order monthly target, you’ll still receive 1 product of your choice worth up to ₹1000.

• This applies only if at least one order was made using your coupon code that month.

6. Disqualification Policy

​

• If you fail to meet the target for two consecutive months, your sponsorship will be automatically revoked.

• You will no longer be part of the HD Muscle Athlete Team and your coupon code will be deactivated.

​

7. Coupon Code Policy

​

• Your unique coupon code must be used by customers at checkout.

• All sales, rewards, and qualifications are calculated solely on orders placed using your code.

• Orders without the code will not count toward your performance target.

8. Notifications

​

• You’ll receive an email update at the beginning of each month summarizing your previous month’s sales performance and rewards eligibility.

• Please ensure your registered email address remains active.

9. General Terms

​

• HD Muscle reserves the right to modify or terminate the Athlete Program at any time, with or without notice.

• Product availability and values are subject to current stock and pricing.

• All disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction only.
